Progressing individuals out of their comfort zones; providing honest feedback when changes are not immediately seen; and identifying each individual’s goals and limitations are all factors we must take into account when preparing to train each day. Lastly, it is a business. I give some insight into what has helped us build a successful small business (before, during, and after a global pandemic) and how to continue to grow your name, brand, and product so you can flip this job into a career.
